Cold Right Where It Hurts
The thickened gel wraps around your wrist and the base of your thumb, the exact spots flat ice packs slide right off. You get steady, even cold on sore joints instead of a lumpy bag you have to hold in place.
Ice It While You Work
The open-finger design leaves your hand free to type, scroll, or grab your coffee while the cold does its job. No more stopping your day to balance an ice pack on your wrist.
Hot or Cold, Your Call
Chill it in the freezer to calm swelling after a long workday or workout, or warm it up to loosen stiff, achy joints. One reusable wrap handles both, day after day.

How do I get the best results?
How do I get the best results?
Freeze the wrap for a couple of hours, then slide it on like a fingerless glove with your thumb through the thumb hole. Use it for about 15-20 minutes at a time, and take a short break between sessions.
Is it safe to wear on my skin?
Is it safe to wear on my skin?
Yes, the soft fabric cover sits between the gel and your skin, so there is no direct contact with ice. If it feels too cold, wear a thin sleeve underneath, and if you're recovering from surgery or have a medical condition, follow your doctor's advice on cold and heat therapy.
Which size should I choose?
Which size should I choose?
Check the size chart in the product photos and measure around your wrist before ordering. If you're between sizes, go with the larger one for a comfortable, snug fit that still lets blood flow.
How quickly will I feel relief?
How quickly will I feel relief?
You'll feel the cooling effect within the first few minutes of slipping it on. Regular sessions after typing, workouts, or long days help keep everyday wrist and thumb aches in check.
How do I clean and store it?
How do I clean and store it?
Wipe the fabric with a damp cloth and mild soap, then let it air dry. Store it flat in the freezer so it's always cold and ready when you need it.
